How do I place an order on pizzahut.co.za ?

Simply click on ‘Start your order’ to choose your delivery location or a pickup store. When you have chosen your pizza, click on 'Add to Order' and click on check-out when you have added all the products you want.

Can I place multiple orders?

Yes, you can. As soon as you have clicked ‘place my order’ and see a page that confirms that we have received your order you can place another order.

Can I re-order a previous order?

Yes you can, as long as you are signed in to your account when you placed the previous order. To see your previous orders go to the ‘Order history’ section under My account

How long will the order take to reach me?

Our orders usually take about 30 minutes to be delivered; however, there are instances, due to traffic or high demand that it may take longer, for which we inform about accordingly.

What payment options are available through Online Ordering?

While we currently accept 'Cash & Card on Delivery', we will introduce online payment shortly.

Is there a minimum amount for orders?

For orders placed online or by phone there is a minimum order amount for R70 for delivery. There is no minimum amount for a pickup order.

Is there a delivery charge for customers who order from Pizza Hut online?

No, there is no delivery fee when you order online. The minimum amount for a delivery order is R70.

How will I know when the restaurant received my Online Order?

Once you submit your order, you will get an email & SMS confirming your order details along with an estimated time that your order will be ready for pick-up or delivery.

I forgot to add an item to my order?

Please will you look up the store number that you ordered from, from our store locations tab and call them directly, and hopefully depending on the status of your order, we may be able to make the requested change. It may be difficult to make changes for orders that are already on the way to the specific destination.

Can I have multiple addresses into my account?

Yes. You can add as many addresses as you need to a single account. Go to My Account and click on the Saved Locations button.

How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it?

If you forget your password, that's OK! Just click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Sign in page or in My Account section

Where can I change my account info?

Once you've signed in to the site with your username and password, go to My Account from the menu. You can change your account information there.

How can I find a restaurant near me?

The Hut Locator will help you find the restaurant nearest you. It will also show which locations offer dine-in, delivery and carryout.

Which restaurants offer delivery service?

Most Pizza Hut restaurants offer delivery service. To find out if your local Pizza Hut restaurant offers delivery, enter your street address into our Store Locator and look for the delivery icon in the search results.

There are several ways you can do this; you can 'Like' our page on Facebook, follow us on Twitter or register online and tick the box to receive offers from us. Moreover, you can also supply us with your cell number and we will include you on our database and SMS you the special offers.
